THE PERSON BEHIND
KAIZEN By Baazi
Growth doesn’t require perfect conditions.
AMINA JASMIN BAAZI Founder & CEO
Leadership · Psychology · Development · Social Impact
My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, alongside Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Business Administration and Applied Psychology. In addition, I bring several years of experience in sales, leadership, coaching and employee development, as well as experience as an employee representative and with work environment initiatives and organizational development.
This combination has given me a perspective that moves between the individual, the team, the leader and the organization. I am interested in understanding both people and the business, and perhaps most importantly, how they influence one another.
I particularly enjoy working with complex challenges, identifying patterns and connections, and finding solutions that work in practice. I take ownership, work independently and enjoy turning insight into action.
What drives me is development. I genuinely enjoy contributing to people’s growth, helping leaders become more confident and effective, supporting teams in developing and performing together, and helping organizations move in a positive direction.
I want to contribute to a working life where people do more than perform. They should also feel seen, supported and valued, as well as have the conditions they need to succeed.
My Philosophy
Kaizen means continuous improvement.
For me, it is not about becoming “perfect”. It is about staying curious about what could be better, and having the courage to do something about it.
Better leadership.
Better collaboration.
Better work environment.
Better conditions for people to thrive.
Small changes create meaningful impact over time.
-
For me, development is about more than identifying what should change. It is about understanding why something is or is not working, and how to create positive change that lasts.
The process begins with understanding the situation, the people involved and the needs of the organization. From there, I identify patterns, connections and opportunities for development. I take a solution-oriented approach, turning insight into practical action and creating the conditions for development to take hold.
The goal is not simply good conversations and interesting reflections, but greater awareness, clearer direction and actions that can be felt in everyday work. I adapt my approach to the people and organization I work with. Sometimes we need structure and clarity. At other times, we need to challenge established patterns, create psychological safety or look at a situation from an entirely different perspective.
The common thread is a desire to create positive and sustainable development. -
I work with leaders, teams and organizations that want to develop their people, strengthen the way they work and create better results through it.
Leaders
Who want to grow in their leadership role and become even better at bringing out the best in the people around them.
Teams & Employees
Who want to strengthen collaboration, communication, motivation and development.
Organizations in Development
That want to build a strong culture, healthy work environments and structures that support both people and performance.
Organizations That Invest in Their People
Because they recognize that capable, motivated and engaged people are among an organization’s most important resources. -
Perhaps you recognize some of these:
Leaders who have responsibility, but lack the tools or confidence they need.
Employees who are not fully able to use their skills and potential.
Communication that creates misunderstandings, frustration or unnecessary conflict.
Teams that function reasonably well, but lack direction, connection or energy.
Motivation that has declined, without a clear understanding of why.
Work environment challenges that are difficult to put your finger on.
An organization that has grown, while its structures and routines have struggled to keep up.
Change that creates resistance or uncertainty.
Employees who feel unseen, unheard or insufficiently invested in.
Good intentions that do not always translate into action.
A desire for a stronger culture and clearer shared direction.
Knowing that something needs to change, but being unsure what would actually make a difference.
When challenges like these arise, it can be valuable to look at the people, leaders, teams and organization as a whole.
Because sometimes the solution is not found in one person or one problem, but in understanding how the pieces fit together.
